Implicit Bias Training

The Implicit Bias training module will provide the clinician the opportunity to build knowledge and understanding of raise awareness about implicit biases related to race, gender, and other factors, providing strategies to mitigate their impact, identifying and minimizing implicit biases, promoting fairness, and fostering inclusivity in various contexts, including the workplace, education, and healthcare.

Infant Abduction

This course will provide the clinician the opportunity to build knowledge and understanding of Infant abduction, the abductor, and its mode of operation, to learn the organizations responsible for infant abduction and guidelines to prevent and respond to it, and to develop the code pink response.

Infection Control and Prevention

The exam comprises a brief background discussion and assessment to test the clinician's knowledge of how infections spread, ways to prevent the spread of infections, and prevention recommendations in the healthcare setting.

Instrument Processing Supervisor

The Instrument Processing Supervisor exam comprises competencies to test clinician’s proficiency in overseeing instrument sterilization and processing in medical facilities which includes managing sterilization protocols, infection control, instrument maintenance, and quality assurance procedures.

Interim Director of Laboratory

The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of overall day-to-day operations and administration of a high-complexity laboratory, including financial performance and provision of timely, reliable, and clinically relevant test results in compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation requirements.
