Contact Tracer

The exam comprises competencies to test the clinician’s knowledge of identifying members of the public who were exposed to patients diagnosed with infectious diseases by calling patients who contracted infectious diseases, establishing which individuals those patients had contact with, and initiating isolation protocols to limit further disease transmission.

This course will allow the clinician to build knowledge and understanding of the harmful effects of Hazardous energy, the OSHA coverage and requirements, and to develop skills of lockout/tag-out control from unexpected energization.
